If you have a design that you would like to have embroidered onto your pillows, just follow these simple steps:

Step 1 - Send a photo ready copy of your design to Kiana Hana by e-mail, fax or regular mail.  (The "cleaner" the design is, the better the embroidery will be.)

Step 2 - Kiana Hana will digitize your design.  This is the process of putting the individual stitches into the design.  This process can take anywhere from 2 to 6 days, depending on the complexity of the design. 

Step 3 - Once the design is digitized, a sample will be sewn and either faxed, e-mailed or mailed to you for your final approval.

* The maximum size an embroidered design can be is 100mm by 100mm.  Designs that are very intricate or have very small writing will be very difficult to embroider.  Our digitizer will notify you of any problems.

We can match most colors and threads and digitize different designs for logos.
